About Old

Passion. Experience. Excellence.

History

Adam Norris and Josh Brickey have been working together to create excellence in the marching arts since 2012. Since then, they have discovered an extensive set of complimentary skills that allow them as a team to maximize success in any ensemble setting. Plus 1 started in 2015 as an idea to bring those visual and musical skills to a wider spectrum of ensembles, and allow for high quality design, quick and reliable service, and flexible rates to anyone looking to take their ensemble to new heights. Making the choice to specialize in a certain field means that you are completely devoted to it, and that is just what Plus 1 does.
